At 6am PDT, Slack's service became operationally degraded across all devices and affected Shuffl's ability to deliver some of our customer shuffls as scheduled. As Shuffl is dependent on their API's, messaging and channel functionality to be operational, we elected to halt all scheduled shuffls for the remainder of the day until we saw services remain operationally stable for at least a few hours. Around mid-afternoon in the PDT timezone, we re-shuffl'd the missed shuffls from earlier this morning for both of our paid and free customers. Services remained operational from this point forward, and future shuffls for teams across the globe ran as scheduled.
