Slack experienced an incident related to "degraded performance and connection issues" on the morning of Oct 16, 2020 that affected some of East Coast customers to have issues receiving their shuffl's at 10am EST. We attempted to retry the shuffl for the next hour to no success and systematically scheduled the shuffl once Slack themselves reported their system health back to operational levels. We reshuffl'd any impacted shuffls at approximately 3:10pm EST on Oct 16, 2020. Their breakdown of the incident can be tracked at on Slack's status page at https://status.slack.com/2020-10-16.
